e-CASTING
e-Casting is the ability for companies to communicate with their target audiences quickly and cost-effectively - DIRECT MAIL BY E-MAIL. It is a method of either delivering information or driving people to your website and is particularly effective for:
new product launches
increasing web traffic
in-house magazines
newsletters (end-users and distributor/agents)
driving exhibition visitors to your booth
auctions/used equipment sales
conferences/exhibitions
delivering digital brochures
How does it work?
- The client creates the e-mail content in both html and text-only formats (KHL Direct can provide this service).
- The client selects the audience and the campaign is proofed and tested.
- Only when the client is satisfied with the content, layout and design is the campaign launched at a time specified by the client at the rate of about 250 per minute.
- Client logs in from any PC in the world and sees the campaign launch in real-time.
- Client interrogates results and measures success of the campaign
Timing Campaigns can be launched within 48 hours of receipt of the e-mail content and experience tells us that 70% of the response is made within the first 48 hours of the campaign being launched. A campaign prepared, tested, launched and delivered with 96 hours – regardless of geography!
E-mail Content
- E-mail content can be supplied or designed in-house
- The e-mail will be “from” the client and not KHL Direct
- No extraneous characters in the subject line
- No “spam” characteristics

- Browse the e-Cast from your own PC (or any PC in the world)
- Enable your colleagues to view the campaign results
- View total e-mails submitted and which have bounced
- See who has opened the email and when
- See which links have been clicked by whom and when
- View real-time reports including clicks by day, clicks by link, clicks by list source and sent by date
- Campaign results stay accessible for one year so you can go back to previous campaigns and view results and material sent
