The data remains the property of KHL Group Ltd.

The client rents the data from KHL Group Ltd for the purpose agreed.

If the contract is for a postal campaign then lists are rented for a one time postal use only.

If the contract is for an e-cast campaign then lists are rented for one successful campaign by e-mail only.

At no point will clients see any e-mail addresses derived from KHL’s circulation database.

All lists contain decoy names to detect unauthorised use.

For list rental via post KHL Group Ltd will pay 50 pence (or US$/Euro equivalent) per returned undelivered address (not for first 1% of the total list) derived from a list supplied by KHL Group and unaltered up to a maximum of 50% of the value of the list rental element of the contract. Proof of the returned undelivered address is required.

Proof of unauthorised use will result in an additional invoice.

Persistent unauthorised use may result in legal action.
